The Quotable Saint-Exupery
(I read The Little Prince when I was a kid, but am only starting to appreciate the author's brilliance as an adult. The italicized quotes are my favorite.)

If you want to build a ship, don't drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.

As for the future, your task is not to forsee it, but to enable it.
