OMG my life is in utter chaos right now. Financial death row. How could I have done this to myself? How could I have been SO stupid?

I get a call this morning around 10am. I'm groggy, just got out of bed, when I hear my dumb cell phone ringing next to my head. (It's that annoying T-Mobile jingle).

I check the caller ID. an 877 number, meaning it's toll free, and meaning its some company trying to get in contact with my ass. I press talk and answer.

It's a T-Mobile rep. I'm thinking, "shit, did I forget to pay my bill AGAIN?" I'm not alarmed, I just listen to the guy and head over to my wallet...

The guy sounds nice. He sounds decent. I'm still barely awake by the time he tells me why the hell he's trying to talk to me. He says, "Ms. Tsai, you have an overdue balance of $277." I'm thinking, WTF?!? But that's not it. He continues.

"And another thing Ms. Tsai, your current balance on your phone is $752. Your total balance is $1029."

I scream that it's impossible, I only pay $40 a month. He goes over the bill with me. You usage is very high. We charge $0.40 for each additional music. Then I know I'm fucked, bc I talk to my better half on the phone every fucking day for the last month for like 2 or 3 hours a day.

I never went close to a thousand minutes before, but somehow I managed to talk to Richard on the phone for like 3000 minutes last month. Let's do the math. 3000 min/60 min/hour = 50 hours.

My friend's dad pointed out to me that that's more than most people work in a week.

I feel ill. I'm getting a job this week, and all prospects of vacationing in Hawaii seem slim. I'm fucked beyond belief. My life sucks right now.
